Prices are per business, billed monthly in USD and exclude local taxes (such as GST or VAT), which are added based on your location at checkout. You move between plans automatically as your active client count changes — no calls, no contracts, cancel any time.

How does the free trial work?
You get 30 days of the full software with unlimited active clients and unlimited team seats. Nothing is debited during the trial — your payment details are stored at signup only so the subscription can start automatically when the trial ends. Cancel any time up to and including the final day and you are never charged.
How is my plan chosen?
By your number of active clients. When your active client count crosses a band, GymBeans moves you to the matching plan automatically from your next billing date. You never lose access to features by being on a smaller plan.
What is an active client?
A client currently training with you — they have completed their profile and waivers and are marked Active. Past clients and leads are free and unlimited, and you can move a client to Past at any time.
How do I pay, and are there fees?
By card or bank direct debit, billed monthly. The price is the same either way — no card surcharge or processing fee is added by GymBeans. Prices are in USD and exclude local taxes (such as GST or VAT), which are added based on your location and shown on your receipt.
How do my clients pay me?
GymBeans connects your own payment account so client memberships, packages and one-off charges are debited on the dates in their signed agreement and settle straight to you. A 1% platform fee applies to client payments processed through GymBeans.
Can I cancel?
Yes. During the trial, cancel any time at no cost. After the trial, give written notice as set out in the Terms and your subscription runs to the end of the period you've paid for.
